I am a cellist, cello teacher, and music lover.
I have been playing the cello for over 15 years and love sharing the beauty of cello with others.
I have studied music with Patricia Pinkston in Provo, Utah, Margaret Deppe in Vienna, Austria, as well as Robert Nagy of the Vienna Philharmonic. I was the principal cellist of the Timpanogas Chamber Orchestra in American Fork, Utah for 3 years and have over 10 years of teaching experience. Though I didn't choose to pursue music as a major, I was accepted to the performance program of Brigham Young University.
I teach beginning to advanced musicians, and anyone in between. I typically use the Suzuki method of teaching, but I also believe in finding every student's learning style and working with them to find expression and progression.
I generally teach students once a week for 30 minutes to one hour.
